Easterseals UCP is a non-profit services provider in North Carolina and Virginia. We are currently seeking compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) of all levels to join our collaborative ABA and Autism Team. We have positions for both early career BCBAs who want to hone their clinical and leadership skills and positions for experienced BCBAs who are seeking leadership roles and opportunities to develop others.

• Mentor newly credentialed BCBAs.
• Supervise students and apprentices pursuing their BCBA credential.
• Create and present CEs and professional development content.
• Partner with Clinic Manager on clinical and leadership initiatives.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
• 3+ years credentialed and practicing as a BCBA.
• Licensed in NC preferred.
