Responsibilities: 
  • As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll play a key role in helping patients reclaim independence, function, and quality of life.
  • Carry out personalized therapy plans in collaboration with OTs and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Promote functional mobility, adaptive techniques, and daily living skills.
  • Foster engagement, motivation, and a positive experience for every patient.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to measurable outcomes.
  • Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results.
