Key Responsibilities: + Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally. + Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. + Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and finding solutions or escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary. + Document customer interactions accurately in the contact center system to maintain detailed and organized records. + Follow operational procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery. + Handle high-volume interactions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. + Contribute to the success of the contact center by meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets. Requirements + Previous customer service or contact center experience preferred but not required. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. + Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + Proficiency with contact center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. + High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or communication is a plus.
