Private Practice is hiring an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead operations and ensure a smooth launch of his new practice.
Your Role:
Oversee daily administrative operations and front desk activities
Coordinate schedules, manage billing, insurance claims, and patient accounts
Hire, train, and supervise support staff
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental board regulations
Serve as the go-to person for patients and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of dental office management experience required
Proficient with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ready to help shape a growing private practice from day one
