Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension or conversion) Clearance: Candidates with prior clearance may be eligible for reinstatement Overview: Join the Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment team in a critical support role focused on enhancing the efficiency of our Quality and Reliability division. This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills and technical experience who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: + Provide administrative support to the Quality and Reliability team by managing documentation workflows. + Submit and track technical documents using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. + Assist in organizing and maintaining project schedules and deliverables. + Utilize Windchill (preferred) for document control and configuration management. + Collaborate with engineers to ensure timely and accurate documentation submission. + Support efforts to identify future placement opportunities within the organization for high-performing individuals. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field). + Prior internship experience in an engineering or technical environment. + Familiarity with Windchill PLM software. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project. + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. + Military veterans are encouraged to apply; SkillBridge participants welcome. + Candidates with prior security clearance may be eligible for reinstatement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
