A federal healthcare staffing partner is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to support a hospital in Asheville, NC . This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors in a high-demand clinical setting.
Position Overview:
The technician will perform a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility in accordance with hospital standards and infection control policies. Tasks include maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms, public areas, and clinical departments while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
✔️ Must be local to Asheville, NC
✔️ Available for full-time hours , including alternating weekends
✔️ Committed to completing the full 4-month assignment
✔️ Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. with matching work authorization documents
✔️ Immediate availability preferred – pre-cleared candidates (background + drug screen)strongly encouraged
Health Requirements:
TB test (within the last 3 months)
Urine Drug Screen
Proof of or immunity to: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap (after age 11), and Influenza (or signed declination)
Respirator fit testing required
Shift :
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Includes alternating weekends
