Job Description

Cuisine Boulud New York is Chef Daniel Boulud's new off-premise, full service, multi vertical catering company. We are looking for an  Event Coordinator   to help execute Cuisine Boulud's events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in coordination of all aspects of event planning including floorplans, captains’ paperwork, vendor management, scheduling and logistics
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timelines and objectives are met
• Source and manage vendors and suppliers in conjunction with Production Managers
• Oversee event set up and tear down, ensuring timelines are adhered to
• Support onsite execution, managing hourly teams and troubleshooting issues
• Development of operation resources and data bases
• Manage budget reporting and ensure all event details are organized and logged
• Support marketing and promotional efforts related to events
• Provide administrative support to both Sales and Production, including creating paperwork, decks, rental orders, vendor proposals, etc
• Support custom client requests from sourcing through execution
