Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and achieves its objectives.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Prepare post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
