POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for full-time and part-time, friendly team players to join our housekeeping team!

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Beachwoods Resort . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our resort, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect guest rooms after housekeepers have performed cleaning duties to ensure that all HHS cleaning standards are achieved
• Provide training for team members as needed to deliver quality service
• Monitor appearance and quality of rooms, carts, equipment, and supplies
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Background check and proof of employment eligibility required
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• Weekends are required in this position
• Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $16.00
