Responsibilities: • Marcar el teléfono todos los días: hacer llamadas a los clientes que ya pidieron información. • Presentar la solución completa en una sola llamada: explicar el producto, resolver dudas y guiar al cliente hasta la decisión final. • Cerrar la venta en la primera llamada: dominar el “one call close” usando los guiones y el sistema. • Seguir el guion paso a paso: mantener la estructura de la llamada para no perder al cliente. • Usar el CRM correctamente: actualizar cada contacto y asegurar que la información esté completa y precisa. • Conectarse a la oficina virtual diaria: recibir apoyo en vivo, entrenamientos y mentoría en español. • Dar seguimiento solo cuando sea necesario: si el cliente requiere un detalle adicional, cerrar rápido con llamada de retorno. • Call every day: Make calls to customers who have already requested information. • Present the complete solution in a single call: Explain the product, answer questions, and guide the customer through to the final decision. • Close the sale on the first call: Master the "one-call close" using scripts and the system. • Follow the script step by step: Maintain the call structure to avoid losing the customer. • Use the CRM correctly: Update each contact and ensure the information is complete and accurate. • Connect to the virtual office daily: Receive live support, training, and mentoring in Spanish.
