We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoice Processing Specialist to join our Finance team!Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading food products supplier. • Worksite Location: Remote, MN
• Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

What you will do as the Product Invoice Processor:

• Process incoming product invoices related to food distribution operations
• Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders (POs) using the Prompt/Biceps system
• Verify the accuracy of invoice details, including quantities, pricing, and terms
• Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, operations, etc.) to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all invoice and PO transactions
• Support month-end closing processes and reporting requirements
• Identify and escalate any issues or irregularities in invoice processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

What you will bring to the Product Invoice Processor role:

• Previous experience in invoice processing or accounts payable, preferably in a food distribution or logistics environment
• Familiarity with purchase order systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software is a plus
