Partner & Chief Executive Officer to lead a well-established company specializing in the sale of lumber, drywall, molding, paint, and tools. This company also fabricates its own wood molding for the construction trades. This is a unique opportunity to

Who We Are Looking For We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented leader with
direct industry experience who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of the building materials and construction trades. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.
Essential Qualifications - Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the lumber, building supply, or a closely related construction materials industry.
- Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of a retail and wholesale building supply business, including inventory management, vendor relations, logistics, and sales strategies.
- Fabrication Experience: Knowledge of or experience with wood fabrication processes, specifically for molding or millwork, is highly beneficial.
- Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new commercial accounts, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, fostering a productive and knowledgeable work environment.
- Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within a retail context.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various building materials, their applications, and industry best practices.
