Job Description
I'm Greg DeTullio, Broker/Owner & lead producer of The Living in Jacksonville, FL Team, closing 40–60 transactions annually ($30M–$40M+ volume). With our rapid growth, I'm looking for an in-office Executive Assistant to support operations & help us scale to the next level.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Follow Up Boss CRM
• Coordinate with new home builders, sales reps, and buyers • Handle listings from pre-listing through contract
• Oversee transactions from contract to close ( Dotloop preferred )
• Manage a virtual marketing assistant for YouTube + newsletter content Qualifications:
• 3+ years real estate transaction & listing coordination in Florida
• Experience with SOPs, task lists, workflows, and checklists • Strong organizational & communication skills
• Leadership mindset, team player
• Familiarity with Follow Up Boss, Dotloop a plus
• FL real estate license (or ability to get within 90 days)
