Global Strategic Alliance LLC is a private investment company specializing in high-value transactions, strategic global partnerships, and emerging asset classes, including cryptocurrency and digital finance. We are seeking a high-caliber individual to oversee crypto-related transactions and manage our corporate investment accounts.
The Senior Crypto Asset Manager will be responsible for managing corporate-level cryptocurrency transactions, overseeing high-value investment accounts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and risk protocols. This role requires extensive experience in digital assets, financial operations, and working with senior-level stakeholders.
Manage corporate crypto wallets, exchanges, and secure transactions.
Execute, track, and report on high-value cryptocurrency purchases and sales.
Collaborate with financial institutions, custodians, and exchanges to facilitate seamless transfers and storage.
Maintain transaction records and ensure full compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on crypto market trends and investment opportunities.
Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategies for capital growth and risk management.
Work closely with legal, compliance, and tax advisors to ensure full regulatory alignment.
5+ years experience in financial services, investment management, or digital asset trading.
Proven track record of managing large-scale crypto or digital asset portfolios.
Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi platforms, wallets, custody solutions, and crypto security protocols.
Strong grasp of financial regulations, especially in crypto (AML/KYC, SEC guidance, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
