**Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead key initiatives in our OCI Security Platform team. You will work across multiple teams to plan and deliver on a new trusted security platform to help keep our customers secure. This is a high-visibility, quick paced role that requires a TPM adept at keeping multiple workstreams running, while driving execution and delivery of milestones daily. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excellent communicator who can prioritize appropriately, drive clarity, and work well with people at all levels. You are highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working across a variety of teams to identify and implement the right mechanisms to deliver on the vision of our future state. Must have Qualifications: + 10+ years leading large cross-functional technical programs + 15+ years of experience in program/project management, release management, or related field + Program Management Leader who run large cross OCI programs independently and represent the org and program needs in all exec forums + Experience efficiently and effectively communicating status to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and broader organizations (technical and non-technical stakeholders) + Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels, including the executive level + Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands. + Expertise in leading technical design discussions and ability to summarize complex trade-offs and options in presentation and technical documentation + Proficient in project reporting, with a focus on fostering interdepartmental communication. Manage Rhythm of the Business and Roadmap + Drive business management functions to maintain the team's operating rhythm (e.g., staff meetings, critical project reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, product reviews). + Develop and execute engagement plans for team communications, including all-hands meetings, AMA sessions, townhalls, and employee feedback. + Act as a liaison between staff, executives, and senior leadership, addressing organizational climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. + Support the leadership team in planning and executing the organizational roadmap and strategic initiatives. + Promote a culture of coaching, innovation, and agility to support the organization's success. Drive Executive Initiatives & Communications + Lead critical executive programs and initiatives (e.g., improving organizational operations, modernizations, automation, efficiency, culture and inclusion). + Establish frameworks for new programs, kick-start initiatives, and set teams up for success. + Provide interim leadership and support for resource gaps until positions are filled. + Manage communications for VP-level sponsorships, events, customer engagements, PR activities, and thought leadership initiatives. + Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and ensuring effective communication. + Manage risks and issues, paths to green, and delivery planning for program + Facilitate and drive technical discussions across multiple teams, leading to buy-in and alignment across teams and up through leadership + Collaborate with and work across multiple teams to define and rollout best practices + Work with partner teams outside our organization and externally with Oracle Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
