Job Description

We're looking for passionate and qualified educators to join our pool of professionals, giving you access to a dynamic educator portal where you can select opportunities tailored to your certification as they become available. This is a flexible, 1099 Independent Contractor position that follows the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are available based on placement opportunities once the application process is completed.

As an educator in this role, you'll be part of a mission to ensure every student has access to quality education. You'll teach virtually, guiding students through their coursework and helping them reach their academic goals.

As an educator in this role, you will:

Access a user-friendly educator portal to select assignments that match your skills and preferences.
Inspire creativity and foster excitement in a virtual classroom setting.
Develop engaging strategies to nurture both student learning and relationships.
Create lesson plans that are aligned with the curriculum.
Track and assess student grades and progress.

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States with an active, state-issued teaching certification in a relevant subject area.
A minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet connection.
Complete a virtual teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
