Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer ( and Certified Great Place to Work ( Plumber - Perform all duties associated with the maintenance and operation of Plumbing, HVAC, Wastewater Treatment, Potable Water Treatment, Fire suppression equipment, and Oil-Fired Hydronic Boilers. - Responsible for water filtration and softening systems, obtaining water samples for testing on a periodic basis, and monitoring and reporting on potable and wastewater holding tanks. - Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. - Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. - Follow building plans and blueprints. - Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. - Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. - Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used. - Preform preventative inspections monthly. - Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade. - Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices. - Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings. - Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper. - Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements. - Other duties, as assigned - Experience requirement: 7+ years or Journeyman level We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
